Photographs must be taken between midnight on Sunday, September 13 through 11:59 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2009.
The event is open to all amateur and professional photographers who are not prohibited by any law or regulation from entering, and who have access to the internet.
No entry fee or other payment is required to enter, nor is the purchase of any item or service necessary.
